- Take an appropriate amount, spread it thinly on both hands, and warm it with the palm of your hand before using.
- Apply to the whole body as if massaging while gently stimulating.
① Calf ankle-back of knee
* Start with right leg.
Massage the back of the calf from the ankle to the back of the knee.
Grasp the ankle with both hands and gently rub both hands up to the back of the knee.
Finally, gently flush the back of your knees several times.
②-1 Inside of the thigh From the
back of the knee to the groin (base of the thigh) From
