Sample Selection and Inclusion:

  • If samples are not selected during checkout, our team will include samples based on your purchase and previous order history (where applicable).
  • We are not responsible for missing samples due to customer omission during checkout.

Promotion Redemption Policy:

  • Promotions, including free gifts and discounts, are designed to be redeemed one per customer.
  • Promotions cannot be combined. For example, a 5% welcome discount cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, such as free gifts or product discounts.
