How to use
A soothing routine for new mothers
- Pour Seaweed & Arnica Foaming Bath liberally under warm running taps and swirl to disperse. Sink in, inhale the aromatherapeutic blend, and relax.
- Once dry, warm a small amount of Mother’s Balm in your hands and gently massage into skin.
- To soothe any remaining aches or overtaxed muscles, massage Arnica Salve gently into skin.
