What to expect during your session
A popular and versatile alternative therapy, your reflexologist will tailor your treatment based on your specific needs. Your therapist will ask some questions to gain a clear understanding of your health and lifestyle, as well as asking what you would like to achieve from your session. After removing your socks and shoes, your therapist will begin by warming your muscles through massage before applying pressure to specific reflex points in the feet, and / or hands and ears.
After your treatment, you should feel an overall sense of calm and relaxation. Your therapist will provide advice and recommendations on any further treatment required.
