Wow!

Having suffered with broken sleep and insomnia for some time, I was desperate to find something natural that could help. My doctor had prescribed sleeping pills but I really wanted to find a natural solution and here it is. The first night that I used it I slept for about 5 and a half hours. The following night 6 hours and the same again last night. No waking up, just solid sleep.
